Seans Car

Nice! My mom has a 96 Outback. Its plenty quick. They've got the 2.5 so they've got pleny of power and torque. But it is a long long proper wagon, so don't go taking any corners too fast, or you won't have a car anymore, haha

Lets see, 98 was before the change to the square-ish headlights (wasn't that in 99?), which I rather enjoy. So you've got the wider headlights, but you've got a hoodscoop too. Awesome!

oh my good god. work is officially boring. I've been playing with solidworks for like 9 hours straight now, and I'm totally burned out. I started with a rotor, then made a caliper, went on to make a hub and knuckle, said hell I'll make a strut, then made a wheel with a tire.

i'm never ever going to class (i'm taking a solidworks class right now) again. I can probably do more than the professor.

lets see if I can get a picture uploaded from work...

I've already eaten my chicken ciabatta sandwich from QFC, I've eaten way too many Cheez-Its, I'm on Cherry Coke #3, feel like I'm gonna throw up, and the only other white person in the building is this REALLY REALLY fucking hot chick thats dressed up as a clown for this birthday party thing.

anyways, here's what I've been doing other than complaining to myself about work:

oh god, so i was joking about keeping going, but what the hell else am i gonna do here at work. homework?! ha

i've finished the strut assembly including a spring (took me forever to figure out how to make a spring). the tires now say "TWIZZSPORT SW-1" on the side, hahaha sw for solidworks (coolest guy EVER)

now I'm starting on a frame, haha.

I have to change the knuckle, cause I realized I didn't leave room for the drive axle, woops! So I gotta add that in with a CV joint and boot.

you're doing catia?! god dammit. thats what we SHOULD be doing, thats what boeing uses. I'm in another class thats Unigraphics, its more like catia.

solidworks is nice though cause you can whip out stuff so quick. I havent had much luck playing with unigraphics yet.

my mom's is an auto. there's so few manual outbacks, is yours manual? god, that'd be cool.

and yes, thread very long.

his cah is auto.

and catia is kick ass, although i couldnt take the time to read through the books, but a friend of mine teaches catia. its so sick

no, i didnt think it would make sense for all the in town driving i do. my mom's friend has a manual, which would be more fun, although the auto works fine for me

in town, meh. once you get used to driving a manual, anything else just doesn't make sense. While I was carless, driving my mom's outback, I'd always go for the clutch with my left foot, only to romp on the brake. oops.

Cascade Loop drive. It was a blast, but the toyota guys made it way too out of hand. Way way too fast for me.

still lots of fun though.

the two fastest guys were an MR2 and a Celica, and we were doing well over 100 on some parts of the drive. They were doing really stupid passes and crap though too, had some very close calls with semi trucks and crap like that.

yeah, well we all had radios so whoever was in the lead was calling if people were "inbound" but still. They were doing really dumb passes.

as long as no one was hurt it was probably pretty cool. i enjoy watching people put their lives at risk. i dont like being in a car when the driver is going crazy though, if im going to go fast, i have to be in control.

man, so my gear this year will be consistent as such:

- 4 pairs of skis (muiras, rock/rail, park, powder)

- 3 pairs of pants (cold, wet, warm)

- 1 coat (whatever new one i get)

- 2 pairs of a-frames (night, day)

- 2 pairs of poles (park, non-park)

- 2 pairs of boots (skis, snowblades)

With that stuff alone, there's 96 different combinations of Sean for ANY conditions on the mountain. I'm set! hahaha

i know :(

I'm just excited cause I just bought my new a-frames off ebay (I already had a pair, but i wanted the iridium lenses cause mine aren't dark enough, so I got a brand new goggle with iridium lense for $60!!!!!)

i got:

3 pairs of skis: urban, everyday, pow pow

2 sets of poles:8 year old steeze, real poles

2 jackets: waterproof shell, less waterproof puffy

2 pants: black, green

1 pair of boots

2 goggles: nite/day

i dunno how many combos that is. somone wanna do the math??

So I got my new goggles today, I thought "gold iridium" and "black iridium" were the same thing, but aparently not. These are VR50 lenses, which are 100 times better than the persimmon's on my other A-Frames, but I still want black iridium.

Anybody have some they dont want? Just the lense?

These are also carbon fiber, not black, but meh.

been like 3 weeks since this thread's gone anywhere.....

so i get to work this morning (i'm running on about 6 hours of sleep for 3 days, i skied hard all day yesterday, I was at school until 3 the night before that, last night I was at school until 4. I basically haven't eaten ANY food either. God I feel GREAT)

anyways, i get to work and i'm opening the building up. out the back door i see theres a whole bunch of sidewalk chalk in the parking lot. I'm thinking "stupid kids making a mess with that shit" so I go outside to look at what they wrote......

Its so good. Things like:

"I like nut hair"

"I *heart* cum"

"POOPHEAD"

"touch my hairy vagina"

and numerous pictures of penis' and balls. god i love kids.

well, i was gonna take some pictures of it, but a guy who lives close by came and asked me if I knew about it, and offered to clean it up. So I went out and helped me.

Came right off with water and some brooms, but man they did some good work.

Few more I read:

"Fish taco"

"Shit Taco"

"Crooked boobs"

"BIG BIG TITTIES"

"Porcupine balls OH SHIT"

"Shit on my balls"

They took the free-throw bit on the basketball court, and made it into a penis... on either end of the court. Both ejaculating - naturally.

hahahahahahahahaha thats awsome! god im glad i don't work there any more! but i get stupid kids from the teen center, but the police are always around since its DTK
