do any of you listin to this guy on the radio/news? i listin to him on radio every day at work, but i dont get fox news so i dont watch him on television. i think this guy should fuckin be president!! he kicks ass!! he tells the truth about things and will tell us the good things we need to be hearing of our troops over in iraq, and everything else.. for every body who votes, you should listin to this guy just for one show and you will see things differently.

i was never a democrate or a liberal before so he didnt change my views but he is the single most best person that reports the news we should be hearing.

 
yeah i do, i like him personally...but hes deffinetly biased to the right quite a bit on some things. but so am i so yeah...
 
he is the man, and ^ he may slant to the right, but everyone else on the news now slants left (with the exception of fox), so i find it refreshing to hear another side of the story

Simply put, the man is an enemy of democracy. Does that sound dramatic? Maybe. But telling an entire political alignment to not participate in the process certainly reveals a deep-rooted lack of understanding about how that process is supposed to work. If you didn't see the democratic response, it was this:

"No matter who you vote for, go out and vote."
 
i agree, i think he gives the other side of the story that you don't hear these days with the democrats running the media.
 
exactly i mean.. for example he said the other day that Amercian troops killed about 200 terrorists they other day, and in the mainstream media we just herd that 4 or 5 americans died in a car bomb explosion. i mean its war of course people are gunna die, but the soldiers know that and they signed up to defend our country at all costs.

Are you sure you want this? I dont care if your left or right, do want people striclty voting on party lines.

Or what about this, I just turned 18 and alot of my friends voted. A few of my friends didnt even know who the candidates were they were voting for. Are you sure this is healthy for our democracy.

By democratic response are you talking about Hannity or the state of the Union, because there is no "democratic response" to hannity's radio show.
 
I didn't say it doesn't matter who you vote for... ideally everyone is totally informed. But that's not likely. Discouraging people from participating because you disagree with their views is completely different, and obviously downright unamerican. Sean Hannity's principles are unamermican. Simple as that.
 
what about Al Franken's Air America? that's pretty big i guess... i consider most talk radio pretty bottom of the barrel garbage but... Sean Hannity is the fucking anti-christ.

or hey, what about the Daily Show or the Colbert Report... the Colbert Report is like the leftist version of Hannity to a T, he's the most sarcastic man alive and his show is... basically the Sean Hannity show but on TV and full of shit. I had to listen to Hannity at work for a while because me boss was a big fat redneck who always blamed the "local niggers" for his woes. I'm pretty sure anyone who invites people onto their show just to lambast them is at least an asshole, but more likely an idiot. so... I uh... you're on my list asshole, you remember that.. you remember that well... i mean good... i mean gooderer.

no no no, hannity is nothing like colbert. colbert is smart and quick. hannity is an arrogant asshole who actual thinks that any non righty is lower then he is, stephen does it as a joke. hannity sits back and smiles like a prick and insults anyone who disagress with him, colbert basically owns everyone who disagrees with them by making them look stupid not by being an asshole.

sean hannity is the shit. he tells everything like it is and knows how it should be. tho he may slant to the far right sometimes he will criticise the conservatives as well as the liberals. his show on fox news, with alan colmes, who is a liberal, is fun to watch cause sometimes they get into some heated arguements.
 
most people call the show and argue with him, if i had a job where i had to take calls from people i dont like i would agrue and make fun of them too.

Haha, great post, I have to agree.

Hannity is an asshole. I used to watch him in sheer amusement and astonishment that people that brash and arrogant can become popular and idealized by the political right. But I'll be honest, he bored me. I've found fresh laughter and delight with Michael Savage's radio program.
 
God damn, Hannity is bad enough, and has nothing, it seems, but contempt for Democrats, and despises some Republicans because they aren't conservative enough or they side with their adversaries. So fuck him, but Savage is a nut-job. It can be comical at times, but he blows people like Hannity and Limbaugh out of the water when it comes to their rather radical stances. I suppose there can be some insight once in a great while, but not really. I'm in sheer astonishment that he has such a following.

^savage is awesome. Not that I believe in what he says at all, it's just that he is sooo convinced he is the greatest person in the world and everything he says is absolute truth. it is very entertaining to listen to him speak.
 
excuse me, your totally right. I cant help but laugh whenever i hear him. he is so convinced that he is right and what makes it a painful experience for me is that some people actually agree with him.
 
it's not hard to say a bunch of controversial stuff that gets ratings. I don't have a problem with him necessarily, I disagree with pretty much everything he's ever said, but what important is that, although he talks about stuff in the news, his show is NOT news. It is entertainment. Taking a leftist spouting left ideas, and a conservative spouting their ideology, facing them off on a show to scream at each other for an hour and leaving the viewer to sort of split the difference is not how our media should operate. Americans have no idea what is going on in the world, and it is because our news has become this content-free entertainment. This is what freedom of the press gets you, a bunch of dumbed down bullshit.
 
word, that is why i never pay too much attention to press and listin to hannity. he points out so much irony in the media its funny.
