Seagul exploding?

ive heard the rumor about giving a seagul seltzer... but do they really explode?

Ive been thinking about this for a while after i saw a f-ed up dead seagul.

and yes, its true, Ive seen the effects after walking down on the beach and there were tons of dead birds

This chinese food restaurant used to kill seaguls that way and trick people into thinking it was chicken. They later got shut down by the health department.
