screwed on ebay?

i bought a pair of shoes for a friend almost two months ago and they still havnt arrived.

i payed via paypal and the seller wont answer my emails.

ive never had a problem on ebay before.

does anyone know how to go about getting my money back through either paypal or ebay?

i thought the point of pay pal was if something like that happened they wouldnt transfer the money.

yeah dude, i had the same thing happen to me, and i just filed a complaint with ebay and they got a hold of the person got my money back and kicked them off of ebay. just file a complaint with them and pay pal and they will take care of you, ebay is realy cool about that.

go to the help thing on ebay search for fraud or something, fill in the form, then u can get the guys phone number from ebay. Try it it worked for me.

I had a similar problem. Bought a digi cam on ebay and I tried emailing the person and never got a response. Then by the time I figured I was being screwed it was too late to file with ebay or paypal, so I called my credit card company. The day I called them they credited my card for the amount and said they'd investigate it, completely off your shoulders. Give that a shot.

maybe i will go into the bank and see if they can do anything about it

i contacted them about fraud and they said it had been after 90 days, so they cant help.
