Screw holding binding is stripped out

I want to remove some bindings from a pair of crap skis I found at the Goodwill, just realized that one of the screws is stripped and I can't get it out with my easy-out because I can't find it. Is an easy-out the only way of getting the screw out (= me going to the store and buying another one) or is there another way of getting the stripped screw out of the ski?

That's essentialy what an easy-out does except an easy-out is ultra hard steel so it "digs" its own hole a lot better than a screwdriver would...however, I found my easy-out, so the screw came out. If anyone wants to post other ways of doign thsi though, I'd be interested.

ok here we go, go get a drill bit that is a bit smaller than the diameter of the screw, not the screw head. Then drill it down about a 1/2". After than back out then take a screw driver or the flat head attachment on the drill bit and get into the groove and work it out. If it's still stubborn just drill a bit deeper and then try it again

i got a screw out using a regular screwdriver exactly the right size of one of the philips head grooves and just screwing it out.

i've only done this for skis a few times, but do it for cars all the time: dremel. dremel new grooves into the screw. one time i got super ghetto and sawzalled a screw in half to get it out, but thats just not a good idea.
