Screenshots in Windows Media Player

I take a screenshot of a video still in Windows Media Player, and when I past it into PS or Paint it gets really messed up. Help?

get a glass of water. Open the computer up, and pour the water in. Repeat until sizzling stops.

ya the same thing happens to me...very annoying.but i play the video in u-lead and you can take pictures from a video so that works atleast.

i tried to make a sequence the other day and this pissed the hell out of me, the frame has a mind of its own
