you cant pressure crack the new scratchs, your friends prolly have last years version. the pre release ones that come out last feb had a hard glossy topsheet which could pressure crack easy. that model was also known for delamin. but with the new model, its physicaly impossible to pressure crack, and more likely then not, will not delam.

ya mine cracked but I'm hopfully getting on the team right away so it don't matter to me...

ok vtrider, you're definately wrong. mine pressure cracked on the second day riding them and they're this years (the ones with the rubber). they were supposed to be that you couldn't, but not everything turns out the way it's planned. two other people that i talked to had the exact same thing happen with this years models. they ride GREAT though

I have the older version and mine have stress cracks. Will Rossignol warrenty this? How should I go about doing it?

I have the rubber ones, no pressure cracks, but holy shit, the rubber is peeling off all the sides and it's just a gongshow down there.

They ride awesome though.

I have the new ones with the rubber top sheet, and they DO get pressure cracks on the tips, all of my freind that have them have pressure cracks, plus on one of mine the endg is comeing away from the base, so there this gape between the endg and the base.. not good. But still, AMAZING ski!!

SUMMER SUCKS!!!

they pressure crack because it's not JUST rubber, it's a rubber-plastic mixture

yeah, i know a kid who has them, and hes you used like 4 or 5 times and they are cracking all the way across the tip, its rather ghetto. My 02 line skigen sprangs are the best skis ever, get those. Only paid 200 bucks for em brand new also

Don't worry about it. Unless your skis are in really shitty shape (you beat the crap out of them on purpose), Rossignol will more than likely warranty them.
