i understand now. my friend had dropped his license one time and he had accidentally stepped on it and it scratched the 4 off the 84 into a 1 and it was so perfect hahahha and it worked too

get someone who is good, most people miss the number coding in the top right section of the license. I know a guy where it works everytime, but he got a guy who had practiced and done a lot, so it turned out perfect.

my friend has it perfect, they switched the 87 to 78 when they printed it out. so it is a real liscense and it really says hes 27. hes mexican so he has a mustache and everything
