I have them and i like them a lot but if your looking at the scratches to have for 2 seasons or more there not that good because they lose their pop fast and the core turns noodly after the first season. but other than that its a really good ski

I have '05 scractch fs in 173. Good ski, however, even on the first day of using these skis, the topsheet was fucked. If this is just a cosmetic problem, no big deal, but who knows if it will lead to delaming later on. Peace. BTW i ski these on all kinds of terrain. And i don't live on the east coast so i'm not a park rat.

 
the bc's will stomp everything....go kind of easy on the rails and theyll last a while

I'm 5'4 135lbs and used the scratch fs 174cm (green/yellow) and i thought they were stiff for someone my size. they weren't too heavy after a while of getting used to them coming froma line 1260. The skis were in awesome condition after the end of the season. This season however they tooka beating early on with rocks and such. just make sure you keep up on shrapening your edges if grind rails a lot because they will lose edge fast.

i have 188 scratch bcs and they are sick for everything from the icy park to powder

you cant grind with scratches because they have barbed edges to you keep on catching. However these barbs help you stick to ice like a very sticky thing. If you want ultimate ice holdage and maximum rail gindability you should get a pair of osama pros
