Scratch vs. scratch

ive read a lot about the 06/07 scratch fs wrs, and im thinking about buying them. But is there a scratch ski from the 05/06 season that is the same as this ski? or is this a totally new ski.

The wrs is lighter then last years.

does anyone know if its worth it to go with the 07s and spend the extra dough? like, is there going to be a noticable difference?

the wrs is also softer than last years.....i have the wrs and they are simply amazing
