Alright so I'm looking at getting the scratch BC WRS for an east coast ski that I can use in the pow when I go out west and an overall ski that can rip all over the mountain. I'm 6 foot 1'' but still growing like a weed. About 150 pounds. So I'm stuck between 178 or 185. Hows the flex on them? Are they soft? Stiff?

everyones gunna say "go bigger" but seriously, 2 of my friends have them. they are sick ass fucking skis man, and your probably going to be skiing a lot of park since ur on the east right? what were u skiing on before?

if you're 6'1" and growing, go with the 185, i have the black and red scratch bc in a 185 and i am 6'2" and i wish they were a tiny bit bigger, 188 would be nice.

i already have a park ski so i wouldn't be considered about using them for park, they will be replacing my 174 salomon guns (which im selling if anyone is interested) i just ended up growing out of the guns and the scratch looks similiar

oh oh m bad dude, id probably say 185, just becuase is more stable, and your not using it in the park. i say mount at -7 from true tho, if your wondering

ok seriously i dont know who said the rossie bcs were soft. but i ride for rossi and the wrs bc is a quite stiff ski. there made more for choppy conditions that pure powder than anything. they are sweet but kinda unresponsive so if you really want a good ski for powder i would actually go with the next years scratch steeze.
