Scratch 140 problems?

on one of the heel peices the pivot system is quite shaky, when you bounce the ski, it shakes a decent amount w/ out the boot in, and the brake is considerabally loose as well...is this normal?? i havent had any problems like this in the past w/ the look or rossi pivot system, will someone enlighten me?

ya the rossi brakes really suck when u pop out going switch my scratch brakes are loose and ratttle like mad when the boot is in and when its not

^not compared to the salomons. they explode if you eject switch.
