alright can someone help me out here the rubber grip came off of my actual pole and someone said that they are designed like this so it doesnt break your wrist if it gets caught on a tree? i havent heard of anything like this before. so basically what i am asking is if it is supposed to come off?

As far as I know the rubber grip is not supposed to come off. Just put the grip under some hot water and then slide it back on the pole..

but also spray some hair spray in it. it will make it stay on better. or krazy glue
