its national news because the media picked this case before there was anything better to talk about in the news...happens all the time. kinda like the whole garry condit thing. once real news happened, everyone forgot about him.

it is a death penalty case because of the unborn child. I believe he needed to get 1st degree on both for death. He got 1st degree on lacey and 2nd on conner and will most likely serve multiple life sentences. I hope he gets the death penalty, it was planned in advance and that is sick, you can see it in his face.

 
About time. Well... He's a smug asshole to begin with, cocky too. He should also be charged with obstruction of justice because he threw in some nice red herrings here and there. So much for smooth operator.

this was not the OJ case for the white man, beucase he wasn't famous. And white people didn't mindlessly think he was innocent. There was almost more evidence convicting OJ in his case than this case.

This case is just one of those cases that comes along every once in a while and the media blows it up, just to keep our eyes on something. Once its done and the guy is dead our lives continue as usual. What you might not know is that these kind of cases happen much more often then the media shows them.

I'm glad he was found guilty. ANd he DEFINATLY is guilty.

But I'm surprised because I don't think the prosecution really PROVED he truly was guilty. He could appeal this and get off scott-free. Time will tell.
