Scott P4 vs. K2 Seth

ive havent either ridden them but ive never heard a person talk bad about the seth's. ive heard the p4's are good just heavy. but you should just wait for next years seths if you can, there gunna be sooo sick

I've got a pair of the P4's and they rip. They feel a tiny bit sluggish and heavy at low speed but once you get going on them they are a super fun, fast, responsive ski. They float awesome, bust through crud like nothing, and carve groomers super well for a fat ski. I have never skied the Seth and it would probably be sweet, but the P4 is fatter... I think that only reason to get the Seth would be if you think you are gonna be riding a substantial amount of park(especially rails) with them.

I have a pair of the p4s. and i love them, they're really solid ski, espically at higher speeds. Absolutely recommend them.

Might as well go new if you can afford it, you just never know what the demo ones have been put through... but if you need to go with the demo one, probably no harm done.

The only thing is that most demo binders have a shit ton more weight than regular bindings and usually are longer to adjust to different boot sole lengths. I didn't check those prices you posted, but maybe the demos are cheaper and you can afford a good pair of bindings with the skis too.

seths man. i work at a shop that sells both and ive heard the P4's r pretty heavy. i road last year's seths tho and those r basically the same ski but with a touch more rocker. definatly the seths, their super lightweight and their worth the extra money. and demo bindings suck
