Scootering is now aerials?

so damn tech

i don't know how people can hate on it. sure little kids in skateparks are annoying but i've seen a couple people shred on scooters and everyone stops to watch them

i think scooters are the gayest thing ever made but WOW that was crazy impressive.

switch misty off flat? and double? dam

Compared to skateboarding and biking, scootering requires very little skill to do basic riding on. That is why skateparks are getting overrun by little kids on scooters. As far as the ones who are actually good like this, I don't see how anyone can have a problem with them.

^^^ that was my point dude. and dropping in on a skateboard, skates, bike, is much harder than a scooter..... flip tricks/ bar spins 43524x harder than scooter tailwhip... scooters can do spines and other features that on skateboard its much harder. plus getting above coping on a scooter is a breeze.

these scooterers dont follow skatepark ediquette

If people are this good then I have no problem with it but when there are 10 year olds doing bunny hops and wheelies then I'm not too fond of them.

scootering is for people not skilled enough to ride bmx or skateboard. that was the first legit edit i've seen that was really tech, but still not cool. if those guys could ride bikes they would be dirty

Scootering is fucking dumb, plain and simple. It never has been and never will be cool either.

This guy rides the same park as me and he just sends it and takes some gnarly slams !!!

i was just really stoked to see that there are scootererers pushing the creative aspects of scooterering in the streets and not just acting like jock scooterers in the park.

at least form a coherent sentence. where in that video were they not following park etiquette? have you ever actually tried riding a scooter in a park?

dropping in, grinding, hitting spines, and spinning on skis is easier than on a skateboard. does that make skiing uncool?

Danm that snow scooter guy was just killing it, I'm surprised he didn't seriously hurt himself on one of those falls

Not really, if anything the lower end scooters that were available years ago (yet were deemed high-end back then) like razor etc are cheaper now. Since the sport has grown, more high end manufacturers have appeared thus more scooters and parts that are expensive.

This. It's become pretty clear that humans can huck their shit on just about anything, so the video doesn't exactly blow my mind. Fact is if you ride down the street on a scooter you look like a gimp. That means the sport will never bee anything but a joke.

If somebody can show me a legit edit of scootererers hitting handrails i will hold it in the same standing as the other street sports. All the others (bmx, skateboard, inline) have a section of the sport which is centered around hitting full height handrails. Bmx admittedly less than the other 2 but its still there.

Are you retarded? Bmx riders hit taller and gnarlier handrails than skaters... Street bmx riders go bigger and harder than street skaters. Pneumonic tires help.

I will agree that bmxers do hit same size and larger/gnarlier handrails than skaters but with gaps and tranny finding easier on bmxs it seems to me there is less of it in street edits compared to inline or skateboarding. that is all i meant by the last sentence in my first post. Like i said if you can show me an edit of people hitting handrails of similar size to that of the other street sports i will give it the respect it will be due because all i have seen is park, small ledges and hitting the last foot of a
