Scimitar vs. Recoil

Hey, so i am pretty sure that i am going to get K2 recoils this year, but the rossi scimitars look really sick. I weigh 180, am 5'10, shred everything, and more than anything want a really durable ski. can anyone talk me into the scimitars?
 
any other opinions? ive already been on k2s and loved them, so i think that is what ill get
 
the scimitar is more all-mountain than the recoil since its 98 underfoot and the recoil is 90. the scimitar is a bit softer than the recoil, not too much. The scimitar is more playful all-mountain since is a bit softer, wider, and it is flat underfoot.
 
i know what both skis are. im just wondering if people have had good experiences with the recoil
 
totally different skis. The scimitar has no camber with gradual early rise in the tip and tail. Making is super playful, its almost like a softer bridge when it comes to profile and dimensions. The recoil will have tons of camber underfoot, and when in contact a good deal of early rise in the tips, nothing too crazy though. Both are durable imo too
 
this is more what im looking for, thanks for the input, im kinda looking for a different sort of ski than i have had too, the scimitar does look like a pretty sweet jibbing/ jumping ski, but not like a hardcore park ski, if that makes sense.
 
I've got a pair of scimitars, hoping to get out next week to try them out. My first mid-fat ski so I'm pretty pumped to try something new. The recoils are a nice ski though, however if you're looking for something different than a previous K2, go with the rossi.
 
I'm looking in to getting the Scimitar as well. I got to demo a pair of recoils at hood over the summer , they where kinda stiff and i prefer a softer ski. I don't see why they used the all terrain rocker on a park ski that seems kinda odd. If your still looking at getting the Recoil and want symetrical rocker get the Revival (2010-2011 version of the recoil) .
