Schools need to mind their own business!!!!

You don't have rights in school. Deal with it, give your side of the story, stress they have no evidence, and give that lady who called it in a STERN fucking talking to about minding her own goddamn business.
 
And when has pleading the 5th NOT meant you were guilty in school? If anything, you are guilty until proven innocent in school.
 
From what I remember in civics, I think there was a case in which 5th stood in school. I dont know.

Unless this is a private school.
 
The funny thing is.

Until the entire school lets out, no matter where you are, or what they said, or what your doing, you are still legally there responsibility. It doesnt matter whatsoever.

It's your word against hers, shes not superior, if she says shes saw you smoking ask her how the hell she knows WHAT you were smoking.
 
There was this stairway in my high school that didn't have cameras, and no one took, plus, it was six small sets in a square. I never smoked in there, but I know people did every single day. No one really seemed to care though. And I would get high during school sometimes, class was too boring without weed.
 
im cant get in trouble. im just pissed that the school gets involved in stuff that goes on outside of school. idk if u school has ever done this but i has multiple times
