School, work and Skate 2 = Skate 2 Montage

Well hello there !

I've been quite bored lately due to work and school. By bored I ofcourse mean that I haven't been skiing as much as I would have liked.

So I created my first Skate 2 montage (nerdy I know, but it was fun) - it is supposed to be a 'feel good' edit which is realistic and has some cool camera angles, and ofcourse an epic win song ..!

I oddly named it 'First.' since I found it to accurately describe the movie:

- My first skate 2 edit

- My first time using the 'filmer pack'. Which makes you able to create advanced camera angles.

- My first clips in all the different locations

the above points are basically my try at excusing myself for the bad movie !

on a side not, I just remembered that NS's first ski movie is also called 'First.'. so I bow down and respectively borrow the name!

ohh and my lazy Macbook decided to not let me work productively, so I couldn't create fancy effects in After Effects..

maybe try and throw some more grabs in when you do really big drops and stuff rather than flipping and just standing on your board in the air for ages... but otherwise it was really sick.
 
yes thanks, I'll definitely try my best to improve the quality of the clips, and the realisticness of the tricks!

haha yeah you should, you'll probably get it warrantied anyway.. xbox hardware sucks so much microsoft is literally throwing xbox's at you to keep from getting sued.
 
The song is by a really awesome, yet very underground rapper named Sage Francis. The song in my edit is called 'Keep Moving'. But I warn you, Bush lovers - don't listen to his songs :P
