is it just me or does the fact that the ski season starts after school starts make it not as horrible to go back to school.

i keep thinking, 'aww man i hate school, but hey, it is gettting closer to ski season, so whatever'

but the only problem is there is atleast three months of school before the season starts, but yeah it kinda makes it a little less painful

 
i was thinkin the exact same thing, whenever i think about goin back i just think that ski season is just around the corner

our school has a ski club we go on a trip to ny and vt every year for 2 weeks and we ski like 5 differnt resorts

 
I go to UC Davis so I'm like 2 hrs from any resort in Tahoe, but my club is going the Whistler for 5 days of riding for only $450!! stoked.

 
yeah, it dosen't make school so bad. I just wish I could have summer vacation in the winter. My school takes a ski trip every year. 2 days at sugar mtn, NC for only $150. yay!

 
Yea I don't mind going back to school. But my school doesn't have a ski trip or anything relating to skiing. They always ask what we want to do and I tell the sports director and all them that we should have a skiing trip or something and they just don't listen.

School's good because I get my pass to Whistler cheaper through the ski club. Wooooo... Whistler!

My school doesn't have a Ski Club anymore because some retarded girl and her dumb friends trashed the lodge and through ketchup, mustard and creamers everywhere and made a huge mess....twice.

ya I think of school that way too, it makes it much closer to skiing, I mean, school starts the 16th, so 2 and a half months till skiing. school makes the time go by faster cuz it keeps u busy, so as much as I hate, I guess I can say yay for school in that aspect

School sucks, but i work my schedule such that I load myself up for Fall quarter and then when winter comes along I'm like 'wait, do I go to school?'...'oh no wait, I forgot, I'm far too busy pretending I'm a pro skiier to do that studying shit'. Engineering can suck my wang every other quarter.

i must say my favorite part of the ski season is the anticipation that arises in october/november just itching for the mountains to open

keepin it fresh since 97....
 
^ yeah man, i think of september as the turning point when my mind goes from enjoying summer to getting ready for ski season, then in april its th other way around.

its all i think about, it makes it sooo much easier and thinking about all of those girl that also ski. is it just me or are skiier chicks hotter?

I usually opt for the hot snowboard chicks because there are more of them. Not every chick on skis is a Sarah Burke exactly.

 
yeah i load up on the hard coarses fall semester, then try and take all my art classes spring semester during ski season, cause the art classes dont really seem like work to me
