alright, don't know how many people are out there, but how many of you were/are in band for school ?

I'm still in it, playing trombone, but I just talk with my friend the whole time and let this other kid play all the hard parts. It's a easy credit.

I composed for my school's band once. People like you fucked up my composition in concert. I was conducting and my piece sounded terrible because the little shitheads didn't practice, forgetting their sharps and shit. If you're going to fuck around then GTFO.
 
I play percussion but after this semester I'm switching to choir. Bitches love choir.

I did haha, it took me so fucking long, and it wasn't even that good. I ain't even really mad.... Your teacher will be beyond frustrated if shit goes wrong in concert though. Its actually the worst when you're up there and everything is going wrong and all you can do is wave your little conductor's baton.

I agree though, band is a pretty lax class usually. There are waayyyy better ways to teach kids music than band.
 
I play trumpet. I actually take it seriously though. I made a thread a while back asking if there were any other players, surprisingly there are. Luckily in high school you're put in a band based off of your audition, so I don't have to deal with shitheads like you.

Percussionist, and used to play saxophone. With the sax I never actually played, i just acted like i was playing but didnt make any noise. Percussion, i played all easy instruments, didn't have to do shit.
 
I play trumpet and I dig jazz band. fucking hate concert band that shit is boring and all the kids are like the cream of the crop for retarded wierd fuckers
