I'm starting a new school in few weeks and i need a new backbag.

I was thinking it would be cool to support some ski company but what kind of bags do you guys use?

I know armada and line make some but they look more like kindergardens backbags (sorry)

Give some opinions!

I rocked the same Jansport from 6th grade through college.

really? mine would get so gross. by the end of the year there were old assignments mashed in the bottom with like...leaking pens, and old banana peels. There was always an ink stain through the bottom leather.

Ive had my North face for 6 years now. And Ive been using it during the summer just as much as I do during the school year. I was contemplating getting a new one recently just because im getting tired of having to clean it everytime I come home from the beach or at the end of the summer to prep it for school, but I think im just gonna stick it out.

Got it like my freshmen year of highschool I think.

Yup. I didn't really keep random food just laying around in there haha. I only had my books and 1 folder. I'd usually throw away new assignments, so they never had time to get old.

I still use it today actually, when I need a backpack for activities.

Get a douchebag

I'm glad I'm not the only one with that banana problem. Happens a couple times per year, easy to clean but still, like, da fuq

Dakine, homie. Pack lasted me in class and skiing (strapping skis and bootpacking) through college. Finally busted it this year.

Does Patagonia make good packs? Looking at the Refugio 28L. My Lowe alpine pack I've had for 10 years OP. If you want to look into that. I'm just ready for a new one.

No experience, but my general assumption is that Patagucci makes good everything.

Been rockin this bad boy since 9th grade. It's going strong into my 3rd year of college. It's also my go-to daypack for climbing and such.

nice to see that summer ns is actually helpful!

I was looking more like a "street" style of bag than trekking, but i'm gonna check out those bags!

I bought the Heli Pro about 7 years ago and it holds up like a champ. I take it out regularly on the weekends to hike and then use it during the week to bring my lunch/work computer into work. Thing is a beast for any type of activity you are doing.

I personaly rock the Sammy Carlson heli p. But if you want a school pack, Jibberish's are on sale for $25

well i looked through some of those recommendations and really catched my eye on those oakleys! I'm still open for ideas!

I bought the Oakley Flak Pack from an Oakley outlet in Florida for $50 last summer. I used it everyday for work and for general beach/boat stuff and it's the most durable backpack I've owned.

I have a patagonia and its really nice

Its a damn backpack. Go to the store, find one you like and buy it. Who cares what brand of backpack you have

dakine has sick backpacks, the mission is probably my favorite for school stuff and you can usually find them for under $40

If you want to spend some money, Rad packs made by Rob Heule. The money actually supports a skier and not some rich multi millionaire that owns a company like herchel.
