Scholarships???

Does anyone know of any ski scholarships that are out there? I'm starting to apply for a whole bunch but havn't run across any ski ones.

that's the conclusion I was comming to... after lots of searching... I realize I'm no great skier but I thought it was worth a shot...

the only way youd get a scholarship to ski is if you were on a ski team, ie. racing, moguls, both equally gay

yeah, it'd have to be for a school that has an actual involved ski team, like at UW we have a ski club, but that won't get you a scholarship.

I've got a friend that got a full-ride at UW, that is nuts... but that was entirely based on academics.

East Coast schools like Dartmoth have ski teams, Dartmoth has its own mountain or something like that.

there's absolutely no way I could get a full ride on acedemics... i need scholarships but I'm not outstanding at anything so I guess I'm stuck writing a whole bunch of essays for $100 scholarships about 1000 pg books that I havn't read and politics. FUK THAT

that does sound inviting but unfortunately i would be considered a failure if I dropped out of school... in fact in my family I'd be a failure if I didn't go to college... which sucks kinda cuz I'm FUKING SICK OF SKOOL!!!! owell... I grew up being one of the 'smrt kids' and a 'good kid'. I hate that image cuz i'm really not... funny how reputations stick...

after being in college for a few years, I can honestly say I got NOTHING out of high school. The stuff they teach you is such retarded bullshit. Now I'm actually learning relevant stuff, its nice.
