Schlasman lift at Bridger

I will be in Bozeman this weekend and I was wondering how consistently the new Schlasman's lift is open? All I could find on the website is this; New Schlasman chairlift operates as weather and conditions permit. Is it usually open whenever the snowpack is relatively safe or are their other factors such as the amount of skiers on the mountain?

yah it's open, but it somewhat sucks because it gets tracked out super fast.

definitely nice if you hike to the ridge from it earlier in the day tho

It's not open on powder days or when it's super windy. Just watch the whiteboards at the top of each lift or look over there every once in a while and you will know when it's running. Ski the Bridger lift, ridge, and ramp on powder days, then head over to Schlasman's the day after for that stuff and D-Route.

Yeah, these guys have it right. On another note, how about that fuckin windlip? It has been hitting so sick this year! It's like having a terrain park jump that you can take as little or large as you want. Personally, I think the new lift opens up the best in-bounds skiing in the country. So much to explore.

Sick, thanks for all the info, I will definitely be at Bridger at least one day and at MLB/Big Sky the other days.

Dude I'll be hitting up Bridger this Saturday and Big sky this Sunday. Hit me up if u wanna shred haha or check my thread haha
