so ive seen 3 scary movies in 3 nites, but only saw was scary. the exorsist beggining sucked, and house of a 1000 corpses is the worst movie ever. i need a scary movie, what is the best one?

out of all the scary movies I saw recently, Exorsist the beginning was probably the scariest, which means all recent scary movies suck. The Grude.. sucked, The Ring.. Not scary, Texas Chainsaw Massacre.. if I wanted to see a cat and mouse movie I coulda watched Home Alone, everything sucks and scary movies have become stagnant and repetitive

 
Also did you notcie that in the Grudge... the girl that scares you to death... is the exact same thing as the girl in the ring, and they both end the same way where in the ring it makes it seem like you watched the video tape, and in the grudge it made the girl look into your eyes so you'll die... shit that director needs to be shot

signs freaked me out. it wasn't scary as in 'boo! ahhhhhhh!' but more creepy. that shit gave me nightmares man.

the movie predator scared the shit out of me too the first time i saw it, but i think i was like 14, so i guess that's understandible. i was also pretty scared when i saw pitch black for the first time. but again, i was just a littlun.

^the old one? I saw the new one last year, not really scary, the girls I went with were freaked though, the end where the guy jumps out in the road when they are in the car nearly made them fall out of the seat.

the new one scared me pretty badly actually. the old one is more kinda retarded in a way. didn't really scare me. all i remember about the new one the first time i saw it is i was with 2 friends and we were scared to come out of the movie theater and we went to wendy's and we were freaked out because a special worker kept giving us his stickers

i went to rent a scary movie the other day. we rented the village...heard it was scary. fuckin not scary. annoying. long. stupid movie. don't see it!

however i was scared at 28 Days Later and the Shining. Those are scary movies.

ive read like all of the ones youve named. none are scary. some are good. like 28 days later and saw and stuff. those are good movies. but not actually scary. i like watched the shining when i was 8. im just not scared by movies really at all. BUT the motherfucking MOTHMAN PROPHICIES. wow i like in michigan and the woods are right there. i watched it like alone at 11 a few years ago. then in my room, my phone as 2 red lights on it, shiiiittt it was hard to sleep.

and when the little girl was like 'there's a monster outside my window' and the dad looked out and it was standing beside the chiminey, but you could only see the silhouette very vaguely. whoaaaaa... mad creep. and the whole baby monitor thing. that freaked the shit out of me.

HAHHAAH IT!!!! IT!!!! omg i remeber it as scary like you did, but the last time i watched it, i was in 4th grade. i watched it again OMG its the worst. its soooooo bad. i used to say how sweet it was. in the end, pennywise is actually a giant hell spider and to kill it, all of the crew just beat the shit out of it. its soooo bad. and funny. the main character is a joke with his lines. myyy br br brr broo ther wassss mu mu mu mu mu mu mur mur mur dered. its so gay watch it again.

I just got home from the theater after watching Paranormal State, and I must say I was scared like a little bitch. I don't remember ever getting scared from a movie either but this one had me scared shitless. Definitely a must see.
