Scary lift, WTF?

Pooped my pants when I saw this. Location: Solden, Austria. Might be the new training run for famous Solden fan Bode Miller?

Background info: Every year, they work to keep the slope, but every year, the bordering valley (Pitztal) claims a few inches more. They predict that in a couple of years, they need to move the lift further to the left. As for now, small fences (and reason, that is) is all that keeps you from falling down.

I don't think i would trust that lift taking me up to the top. I would think at that point it would collapse and I would die in a tragic but not a cool death at all. I would much rather die a cool death then die from a collapsing lift.
