A couple weeks ago my friend bought a '94 Mustang for 2 grand and a put an engine in it and fixed it up and stuff.

Today after school, before baseball, we went out to a road without cops, and got going about 120. HOLY SHIT! thats fast

then on the way back we where going about the same speed and there was a red truck in front of us, so jokingly another friend (crammed into the backsseat with me, mustangs arent very roomy in the back), says pass him, so instead of slowing down he goes ahead and passes this red truck going 120.

thats the scariest moment of my life
 
1) Thats not really all that fast, try that in a SUV then tell me about scary.

2) You did that on an uncontrolled road, who knows what could have been on the road, or what could have happened.

3) A lot of the times it better to pass going that fast than to slow down and not pass. Notice when you are doin about 100+ and let off the gas how you slow down really fst, if you touch your brakes too hard, they WILL lock up and you will probably crash=die.

4) Take it to the track to see what it runs in real life and safe conditions.

5) Do you know the specs of the rustang?
 
my freind has a mad ghetto car its top speed is like 60 totally flooring it

when you take the keys out the engine doesnt turn off so he has to open up the hood and put his hand over the air intake till it suffocates and turns off
 
so maybe it wasnt the scariest moment of my life, but it was one of those times when i was thinking i'm too young to die
 
i wouldnt have minded so much if I would have know about it before he floored it, i never saw it coming, would have been nice to be on a safer road w/o hills
 
should he just leave it running or what

also its one of the deisle mercedes, so like in the winter you hav to plug it into the wall to warm up the engine before you satrt it
 
it would be better to spice a on/off switch into the ignition control wire, or other vital engine fuse/wire.

it bad because when your engine gets no air you are starving it. Thus creating it to dumps TONS of gas/desiel into the chambers, thus causing veryv very fast engine wear. You are scorting the engine/piston walls.

but aparently they have the same motors as police engines.

190km/h is basically the same as 120m/h or whatever the american way is.
 
A) 120 really isn't that quick,

techinicaly their not the same motors because their made from different motive corperations (grand prix=pontiac, police car (crown victoria)=ford)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

naw man that aint shit... i made the mistake of getting in these niggas race-cusomted civic in the projects of cambridge with my friend, we were all going to match an smoke a blunt but anyways they were tearing down Harvard Ave at like 80 doing e brake spisn and shit it was crazy i truely thought i was gona die. we were all so high They were trying 360s and stuff and this is in the middle of a city

also me and dad got invited to go yahting with the Kenndy's when i was 11 in their private compound in cape code and i came along they had duel 800 horsepower engines and the sea was mad choppy and he got it up to 100 which on a boat feels like your going 300 we were airing probably 60 feet everything we hit a wave. i was on the bottom of the boat under the seat crying trying to hold myself down now i understnad why they all have been killed in accidents

pretty sure there was never a blown 8 too
 
I've seen what happens to the human body when it's involved in an excessively high speed collision. Trust me it's not pretty.
 
thats how my brothers best friend died(speeding) im only 15 and when i can drive i will never do that because until you feel the pain of a loss from speeding...it changes your look at driving fast

i went 120 on a windy backroad on the back of a crotchrocket when i was like 12... in flip flops bathing suit and a skate helmet, it was pretty Xtreme
 
yah dude thats nothing, i got up to like 145 in a firefly the thing was fucking litteraly lifing off the ground.. the speed wasnt scaring me at all... oh and my step bro one day barroed his moms car to go to the lake it was a hinda civic, and we got up to like 180 or 190.. it was pretty friggen crazy, but not scary
 
How did you determine it was a road with no cops? You never know when one is going to pass you the other way.
 
me and two of my friends (we were about like 13 at the time) were at hurricane harbor in NJ, and 4 huge ass black kids randomly came over and were about to kick our ass, and liek one of them took off his shirt and began punching the air.. it was easily the scariest moment of my life
 
mph or kph? cause i KNOW a civic cant break that unless its modded extrensivly if its mph. I dont even think a civic could break 130.
