Saw some familiar faces at Baker today....

so today i was working the lunch rush at white salmon lodge, just wiping down tables and busing dishes when i look over and in walks Pollard and Pep with their little posse's of 2 or 3 guys, pollard in a bright over HH two piece suit, and pep is a DOPE red oakely suit. they were taking up the entire aisle and i had to get thru, so i say excuse me and they part, along the way i stopped and said what up to pollard, shook his hand, told him "dude, you are fuckin sick, and i love what you do, fucking sick" and went right back to bitch work. he laughed and said thanks, and that was that.

sorry if i "dropped names n shit" but it was my first actual encounter with a pro, and i was kinda star struck, so give me a break.
 
thats a killer story dude, maybe they'll still be up there this weekend so we can make some turns with them! that'd be sick.
 
ya...over thanksgiving weekend when tanner/cr were at baker, i talked to tanner when i was cleaning shitters with a straight up baby blue button up collared shirt, black dickies and gloves. he was totally chill and he recognized me the next day in the lodge.

yup i talked to them for a while, andy mayor was up there to, i also heard of tanner hall being up there, but i didnt beleave it.
 
don't, tanner couldn't handle our cascade concrete, only the true northwesterners can, and they are the best when it comes to freeskiing (pep, mahre, and pollard).
