Saving a frame of a video

i want to take one frame of a video and save it as my desktop....i edited the video in premier if that helps

play it and hit print screen and copy it into paint and just cut out the stuff around it

if u have windows movie maker, they have a button that just says save frame as image. Its really easy with that program.

I ski at the crappiest hill ever...

 
In Premiere, go to Export > Frame and it will export whatever frame you are on in the timeline.

yup in premire on your timeline go to the frame you want to export, and there is an option to just export that frame, save it in a bmp,

then open it up in photoshop, de interlace it and touch it up if need be, and then compress it ot a jpeg
