Saves he day

yeah i saw them live few years back with green day, and blink 182 on the pop disaster tour. the fucking kick ass

Yeah, it is due in the Fall. I hear they are very into Thrice now--should be a rrreeealllyy good CD. I wans't too into the last one. But I think this new one will be incredible.

When you saw them live, did they play any songs off of Can't Slow Down? Also, how did the audience take to Chris, the singer?

i love saves the day

2.Ninjas fight ALL the time.

3.The purpose of the ninja is to flip out and kill people.

i've seen them a bunch of times. i agree with whoever said they hope they go back to their old sound...their most recent cd (the one that come out like last year) sucked ass!

thats so weird about thrice cause when i got into saves the day like 2 years ago i always listened to thrice as well

11-01-04, the saddest day in skiing

saves goes through a lot of line up changes. pretty much different people in the band for every album, so yeah they're all going to sound really different. i agree though, i didn't really like "in reverie" either.

I only really like the song "monkey" for in reverie. besides that, it isnt too great. but i think this cd will be amazing. i think it will have more the sound of can't slow down or thtrough being cool, mixed in with the good melodies of in reverie. i have high expectations of this cd.

also, was saves the day energetic live???? i am very curious.

cut along the dotted line kids, cut along the dotted line. hahaha jk

hahah. i think that was talking about emo. but i don't really think they are emo- i would say they are just a rock band. maybe the cd through being cool was on the emotional side, but still, i dunno. i think they are rock tho.

i saw them live when they were touring for their first or maybe second cd... in 2000 maybe? i can't remember... they were opening for Grade and H2O it was a good show.

i loooovve them. they are one of the only bands that i have every one of thier cds. but yeah i didnt like thier last one so mcuh at all. and no ive never seen them live. was planning on it like 2 years ago in new york, but never got around to it. but ive been waiting for this new cd.. so pumped!

one good thing about music
is when it hits, you feel no pain...

in revire

no one really liked it. anywhere with you was on it. that was sick. but it could just have well gone on stay what you are.

they are and have been like my favorite band for 2 years now.

fall out boy and the hives are a good run for their money. i have TONS of bands im obsessed with, like beck or death cab, or hot hot heat, but overall, saves the day is consistent. cant slow down was there first i think. but its also one of their best. when i think of saves the day i think of stay what you are though.

a new cd would be amazing. ups and downs was pretty good, but a cd of new songs. amazing fantastic orgasmo. i hope they dont fuck it up. every time one of my favorite bands realease something i always say that. i just hope they dont fuck it up.

thats soo true, they are just really consistant, like not boring consistant, but like everything is always good, different but good.

whoah man definately play it. if i were you, i would play either "jodie" or play "obsolete" still, at your funeral is a really good song too.

New album:

The band describes the disc as "twelve to fourteen new tunes [that are] are aggressive, up beat, melodic, and filled with fire. We feel good about things. The songs are angry and they want to tell you all about it."

Will be released in the "early fall".
