the point is that it is very hard to recreate fitting environments for certain animals.
its easier for others, so you can keep them in a tank or in a zoo without restricting them too much.
not every animal needs as much space to have a worthy life, for others its just cruelty squared to restrict them.

Haha, those whales didn't kill anyone to get into captivity in the first place. WIld orca's are hardly a threat to humans. There has been less then 50 attacks or something since the 60s.
