You can get a special bolt that you need a tool to take it off for. It's an attachment that goes on a socket and its almost like a key.

Mine are kinda like the locking ones shown but not. The look like a regular lug nut but innie instead of outie if that makes any sense. I have a special lug socket that has lines inside that fit into grooves in the lug nuts. These or lockings would probably be your best bet, although any professional thief may have these tools as well.

what bothers me is, you say you have absolutely no time to search google? How in anyway do you have time to wait for a decent answer here for a thread like this. Use Google! Annd bahaha to the guy who said "Don't live in the Ghetto?". +k for that one.

I actually found some locking wheelnuts or whatever on the ground in a parking lot awhile back.

still in the package. $95 takes them. dont even bother searching anywhere else because its the lowest price you will see.

I doubt it's a time constraint as much as it is a lack of resourcefulness. Hopefully she'll find a man to take care of her one day.

and now that im done with my speech up above haha. I looked up some things on google and the kid above me saying 95, don't buy em, you would only need one lug nut lock for each tire, because as we all know, taking off a tire consists of removing all the lug nuts. One or 2 for each tire should be good, 1 for each tire would cost around 50 dollars or so and then 2 for each would be around that guys price, but 2 shouldn't be needed. basically you have to have a special adapter to take them off. a regular 4 way or socket won't work, so unless you've got a spline drive key, you can't take them off.
