SAT's

I took em, the "sprinting is to a sprint, so endurance is to a marathon" question was so random. anyone else get that one?
 
haha i got this one too, such a rediculous question but overalll i thought they were pretty easy, i got a 1260 on the PSATs for reference but yeahh they werent that bad, the essay actually kinda made sense it was "do rules and limitations contribute to a person's overall happiness"

oh wait i forgot. i spent 15 minutes trying to write a cursive paragraph saying that i wouldn't talk about the test. who the fuck even knows cursive? sat's suck so much
 
yeah man i got that one. so wierd i'm pretty sure i left it blank. i also got confused on a math question because i'm pretty sure the answer was 48 but there wasn't a choice for it
 
When I took them a few years ago, for the essay part I put hidden messages in it, like the first letter of each line I capitalized and made each letter dark, so they clearly stood out. The letters down the left side of the paper said "OBAMA" (This was during elections). I wrote a one paragraph essay. That's it. I got a 8 on it.
 
i know what question you were talking about, it had something to do with a percent I think. Something like that
 
I took them yesterday. Not really that hard but knowing me ill think i got a 1700 and get like a 1100 and be fucked.
 
My best friend in high school took the SAT's and in the math section was a word problem about Johnny having to build a fence for his dog and how much wood would you need for the yard. He wrote Johnny should fuck himself and fuck the dog too. The school adminstration didn't like that too much.
 
haha dang man you got lucky with that one. i hate the essay topics though they're so vague its hard to form an argument. thats just me though. i did take a prep course from feb. to may and we took 5 full length tests so i was feeling pretty comfortable yesterday.
 
it was one of those change the underlined section of the sentence to what makes sense, but none of the options made sense.
 
seems like something i would see on one of my tests, doesnt seem particularly SAT worthy. either that or my older siblings are retarded
 
they make you write the cursive paragraph because each person has originalities in their handwriting and they want to make sure somebody else didn't write the essay/take the test for you.
 
are sat's hard?
in ontario we have EQAO which is like SATs i think. it's easy as fuck tho my school has a 100% pass rate
 
i said no to the essay and used egypt as a current event example.

the math section was easy as usual, i think i got shit on in critical reading tho. even the fill in the blanks seemed much harder than normal
 
yea some of those fill in the blanks are impossible. Fuck the reading section of the sat
