what did you score on them? Got any tips or advice? On the practice one i took i got a 1210 and the review course i took is suppose to raise it like 50 points. Mostly im pissed b/c i cant go to my sisters party tonight becuase of this shit in the morning.

oh suck it up. for sleep, it's the two nights before anyway. I never took the psats, stayed up the night before entirely too late, and got a 1300 my first time. so don't worry about it.

some stuff that helps tho, is def keep track of your time. just answer every question, always go with your first instinct. if you go back and forth on a question, you are wasting time. and the sections are about 30 mins long or something. I had no idea they just moved right on to the next subject, which is kind of disoreinting, so I'd just keep that in mind, that it's one part immediately after the other. and you can always take it over...it's really quite overrated.

i took the psats and got like a 700 but it was weird being so young and ina room with a bunch of Juniors.

yeah, personally i could stay up all night and be fine but my parents obviously aint gonna let me go out if they are in the morn. thanks for the advice, im sure ill do fine but im still nervous.

I will be taking them. I hope to score 1200+ but we will see what happens.

yeah linemav, i took them in like 6th grade. but we took the real one, at a college, and were able to submit our scores if we wanted to. could you use yours?

ACTs suck to, i took them about a month ago and got my scores back the other day, i got a 26(the best is a 36 for those of you that dont know) i guess im kinda satisfied with it but im gonna take it again to see if i can do better.

i took them too and for once the articles that you answer questons on were actually interesting. ONe was about the grateful dead and the napster thing, it was sweet

this kicks ass, i just scored a 28 on my ACT, and i'm only a sophomore... i took the SAT in middle school, but i don't remember what i scored on those.

it wasnt bad at all. However, i woke up 5 minutes before my friend picked me up so i didnt get to eat anything and i was painfully hungry during the test. Also i left my graphing calc in school and had to borrow some kids shitty ass old calculator, all the keys were stuck in and it was a weird calculator. I think i did pretty well though. The english sucked but they had a sweet reading section on napster and the greatful dead. Reading that made the whole test worth it.

yeah..i can relate. towards the end u just want it to be oevr and u stop caring about the right answers. the freakin test took like 3 1/2-4hrs. when i took them. but i don't have to take them anymore, so that's good

I think people are lying.

I have yet to such academic people on here with a few exceptions....

Anyway, I got a 1280, 29 on ACTs....

I took the course, too and it helped....it was basicly teaching you ways to make intelligent guesses on shit you don't know.

yea, act's are so much easier than sats. that whole testing thing is shit. they make entirely too much money off of kids for stupid reasons that make people feel stupid and higher the competition.
