SAT's from Canada to USA

This girl i know lives in Canada and wants to go to university in the U.S does any one know how she wold go about taking the SAT's in Canada so that she can apply for schools in th U.S ?

That would be insanely stupid... I can just see the 2400s flooding in now. Every district has a few locations writing SATs, and it's a good idea to take them even if you're not planning to go to school in the USA. It can't hurt, and who knows, maybe you'll get some scholarship offers you weren't expecting. I'd talk to a counselor or and administrator, they'd know all about it.

 
if the canadian SAT's are anything like the canadian dollar, you're screwed.

You can get it setup through your counsellor... you friend must be crazy smart or rich though, cause why?? when tuition in canada for a university is far far less for the same quality education.

 
SATs are offered in Canada, I took the test four times. My school offered them, but we were a boarding school really focused on getting into a good university. I'm sure she could write them in a large city if they're not offered at her school.

I was in public school.. they even had an posting for all students considering going to a US school for psat's/sat's

 
you can take SAT's in Canada. It's like 90 bucks and

you have to register. They only test a few times a year and in various locations. You have to find one (on the internet that is near you and register). It can all be done (except the test) over the internet.

 
ACTs = huge waste of time.

yup.

personally I'm against the SAT's, but I took them. Standardazied tests (can you tell I did real well on the english part?) blow.
