SAT scores

1420 SAT, 32 ACT... but they mean nothing other than how much you learned, or how advanced the classes you took were. there are kids much smarter than me that scored worse.

 
Well, I'm a Canadian eh? So I only have my grade point average. It's 8.9 out of 10 and I'm in a B. Sc. program (Generally harder). All my friends think I’m smart and hate me for it! So I pretty well think I’m pretty smart. Unless I surround myself with idiots and everyone has an 8.9 GPA but I get scholarship money so that’s unlikely.

 
i got a 1300 total but my english score was a 720, so thats pretty good, i dont know why i sucked at the math, maybe its because i was high, but 1300 is good enough for the colleges i wanted to get into, so i didnt bother trying to get a better score

If you're Canadian, our equivalent is basically the average of top 4 provincials (most of which are tougher than anything on SAT, but whatever). By the way, to the dude who mentioned it... an 8.9 CGPA is fucking ridiculous.

christ i feel dumb. i only got a 1080 on mine..back in the day. i'm at a difficult university though, so i guess that test doesn't mean shit

Ya, the Canadian GPA is pretty much a decimal where the course value is weighted. You get 10 for A+, 9 for A, 8 for A- etc. I go to University of Ottawa and that's the system we use, other schools have other systems.

I scored 1390 beginning of junior year without studying, and a 1070 in 7th grade. New SATs will be interesting, writing the essay should be a blast.

I got 1280 the last time. I think I can get a perfect, or close to perfect math score. verbal, on the other hand, is killing me. I won't get above the 590 I got the last time.

I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

i got a 1110 when i was in 8th grade, i was tired and shit i know its a stupid excuse but i truly felt i could have done better, i took the ssat which is a admissions test for private schools and i scored 99th percentile, they said id score between a 136 and 1560 on sat senior year
