alright so a lot of you talk about how smart you are- so prove it. what'd you get on the sats? or acts if that's what you took

by the way i'm pretty sure kamikaze got like a 1500 but that could have been someone else

^ uhh PSAT's what a waste of money.

your paying to practice for a test that you can take as many times as you want. I took the SAT directly and got in the 1300 range.

yah i got a 1270 to but it sucked i needed a 1280 to get scholarship money at northeastern so i couldnt go there

I think I wrote one of those a couple years ago, just for shits, but I'm Canadian. I got 1380 I believe. I dont know what the hell that means... but I was told it's decent.

I'm Canadian, but me and a few other people from my school took them just for the hell of it... no preparation or anything. I was somewhere in the 1400s, the math was what got me. One of my friends was at 1580 or something, he got a ton of scholarship offers.

some people take tests terribly. others suck at the material, like i can get A's in english, and ill get like a 500 on the SAT english part. ill probably get like 1250 or some gay shit like that.

you have to know the format of the SAT. its better to not answer a question than to guess and get the wrong answer. they take points off for incorrect answers, but not for the answers left blank... it screwd me on the PSAT, i got like a 1040, but then i figured it out

 
I got a 1330, which is the average SAT score at the #1 public school in the nation- UVA, but I didn't get in there. That pisses me off.

 
34 on the ACT. 1490 on the SAT.

i got 1200 and im at CU...i know plenty of people with lower scores here too. however i think they changed the format and added another section so that its harder and the highest score is now 2400.

 
also to the kid who made this post, the SAT has absolutely no bearing on how smart you are, it just tells how good you are at taking standardized tests. i would rather have common sense than score perfectly on my SAT.

just a test to decide whether your smart enough to represent a college or something.

when in actuality, your sat score is not weighted as much as everyone thinks. tis actually a very small portion. there are a lot of other things they consider in there as well. it just doesn't hurt to do good on them or take them as many times as you want until you're satisfied

I got a 1500 but I'm a firm believer that doing well on a test only means that you're good at taking tests, not that you're more intelligent. But I hope you're glad that there's a 780 English behind NS News. :)

1460 on the SAT and 32 on the ACT. But doing well on tests doesn't mean much, kamikaze pretty much said it. What makes a person truly smart is that they can apply their brains to life situations.
