what'd you get on the new SAT. i got a 1710(out of 2400). pretty good considering i didn't take the PSAT, a course or read sentence on how to prepare for it.

540 on the math is what stabbed me in the back..

i did shitty i got a 1250/1830. i got 670 math but fucked up on the writing and cliterous reading getting only a 580 on each

thats pretty good, i know, but i fucked up the damn math thing. there were soo many sections, i got confused. and i put a bunch of the math ones in the wrong section, found out what i was doing, then didnt know where the end of the previous section ended, so i had to go back in that section to find where it ended, blah blah blah, ive gotta retake it. but im just gonna do the math part, ill take a nap during the verbal and writing.

i knew a kid that got a 36/36... it was pretty crazy, but then again he had a 4.99 gpa... that means he was in straight AP classes (as a junior)

 
This kid in my school who is a super genius got a 2400 first try. I took the SAT IIs and got 740 in biology and 690 in US history.

^check my post about 5 posts up, 740 in molecular bio and 690 in us history. If you are somewhat good at bio take the SAT II for it.

yea, i got a 760 molecular bio last year and my sister just got a 2180 on the sat's. Sucks for people with the new sat's though, i hate writing.

i got a 1320 a couple of years ago when i took the old ones. i'm gotten very stupid since then, so i'm worried about taking them again. not to mention essay question kick my ass.

got an 1830/2400 but if you get rid of the writting i got a 1300/1600. That writting sections was really hard. THen I also took SATII in American His and Math and got 710 in history and 650 in math

I took the SAT IIs in biology (E) , american lit. , and european history (500-1500). American lit. I got almost a perfect score cause they just had you read these gay passages and then answer questions like who was the author when it said on the top of the test so if anyone is wicked in need of a good test grade take american lit.

Standardized my ass...first time i got an 1140, second time, 3 months later, no extra preporations, i get a 1290...heh

i did so bad on the psat, 1580 i think. i went really slow on the first language one. it was writing or sumthing

this is very ture because the average on each section is about 500 so the arerage for the new SAT should be around 1500

 
so im a little above average. yay. im in the 64 percentile

the average is greater than 500, I read an article on it. There are definitely some smart kids on here but also definitely some idiots. I don't know who to take seriously or not.

 
i'm gonna be a junior in college next year, so i got lucky and didnt have to take the new version, but i got 1400/1600. high SAT scores definately get you money for college, so dont totally blow them off.

 
my buddy got a 790 on US for the SAT IIs. i got 600 on critical reading, 680 on math, and 590 on writing in march. the school i took the may ones in didn't receive their scores (everyone i know that took them, except the person that got the US scores back, didn't get theirs back).
