are you fucking stupid? If you send a letter in the us all you need is one stamp as long as it's a forever stamp and not a 2 cent stamp.
 
Stams? I think you mean stems. And approximately one eight of your stem cells should do. Saga currently has a huge oversupply of stem cells from 12 year old white kids who listen to wu tang and wear baggy sweaters with tight jeans.
