Just moved out here. Looking for other ski nerds to slide snow with who aren't my wife.

About me:

pow turns > all other kinds of skiing

Into BC/ touring (already looking at routes on Scotchman's, Roman Nose, etc.)

looking for good jump building zones, hoping to do more dub backies into pow

ex park rat, will hit the occasional rail/box still, jumps are cool, snow's gotta be soft

I'm a decent photographer, mediocre-at-best video filmer

Have a Fri-Sun pass to Schweitzahh

get at me

I no longer live in Sandpoint but I grew up there and I can tell ya you're in a great place. If ya wanna meet dudes who shred show up early for first chair on a pow day and strike up some conversations, lots of locals are killer skiers. There's this old guy named Matt that has curly white hair, wears a purple Patagonia coat, and skis bright green Salomon skis. He can tell ya everything you wanna know about the backcountry and sidecountry in the area and might even invite you to ski with him, he's in better shape than he seems. If the snow is deep, head into the trees, they usually get wider after a few turns. Good luck this winter!
