Shame. APO was a pretty sick small company except for that stupid game they made

Apo didn't go out of business. . They just dropped their skier program its snowboarding company that invested huge in freeskiing and then didn't make their money back.. Sammy is on flow from Armada but not on their actual team.. just like sarah burke used to rock k2s and armadas between being signed to Salomon and then later roxy years ago (R.I.P)

Sammy is probably holding out for a ski sponsor willing to shred out the big bucks.. the only company i see with that amount of money is Atomic.. or Volkl and their teams are already stacked.. Sammy would make a pretty amazing addition to Armada but im not sure it's in their budget to pay a new skier 200 g a year (roughly what i would expect someone on Sammys level expects to get paid..)

Candide was getting that much from a ski sponsor in 2001 when he signed to salomon for 250 a year.. so yeah his deal with Apo would be in that range.. Bobby Brown isn't the highest paid skier.. Candide, Jon,Twall , Tanner and maybe Chris Benchetler are... its about selling skis and products.. If Sammy is on Armada for a paycut awesome.. I just hope they give him a sick pro model ski
