without ns alot of the progression of newschol wouldnt happen...think about it; how do you hear of comps? where do you learn of new tricks or the name of tricks or even new skis?

you guys are soooo gay. wow he is just expresssing his opinion, like everyone of you are doing right now. sammy is THE sickest park skier there is right now and he is one of the nicest kids you will ever meet. i highly doubt any of you are gonna be talkin down on him after he wins the open this year.

 
I'm not talking down, I'm just saying-- like your post he gets a ton of great shit said about him on this site. despite his whether he likes NS or not, the fact that this site is giving him recognition means he should be thankful for that.

maybe he was just trying to get a rise. Anyone with half a brain can come onto NS, ignore and go over the bullshit and retarded posts and get some very valuable info. Shit, before NS i don't think i even knew that skiers slid on metal pipes or rode backwards.

everyone on this site is too concerned about what is cool adn what is not, look at half of the posts, they all have to do with either some new gay ass rumor about some pro skier or they have to do with some new 'steeze'. maybe thats the reason why some people would say that this is the worst thing in newschool skiing right now, because its just making newschool skiing another trend

there are much worse things in the ski industry then NS.com (one piece suits, the THUG style, etc.), regardless of how you look at it. The kid obviously has beef with NS.com. I don't care, that's his loss. NS.com is the best resource for newschool skiing there is. Yes, it has a lot of asshole members, but if you learn to ignore them, it's a great site. It's to bad this kid hates it so much, he's missing out.

no dude, u got it all wrong, NS does suck now, frodeo was right to leave. Every post in here is retarted, and the few good posts die quick... THE ONLY good things about NS right now are the videos/photos, the news and trailers (stuff that the moderators make about eventss and products..etc) and the Post a Pic of a Hot girl thread...everything else is people arguing over retarted shit...

I really don't care what he has to say. He's a sponsored skier, true, but that doesn't make his opinion matter more than mine, or anyone else's here. If he feels that some webpage is ruining skiing he obviously a: Has some issues with NS itself. b: Isn't concentrating on what is actually important in skiing, while participating in some of the things that actually are hurting skiing. I don't know the kid, but if you look at the big picture, he's wrong.

^i would say he is ONE OF the best...check out the video of him in 'whitesalmonproductions'(or something like that) profile...he is seriously very very good. he does something like 270 on, two blindside switch ups, 450 off on a trap box.
