Same as 4frnt binding but way cheaper

WARNING: Those may look like the 4frnt binding, but are actually cheap pieces of shit.

first off that is an 11 din model.

Secondly the syn bindings almost put Nordica out of the ski business they were soo bad. They prerelease all day long.

The year they brought those out, same year as they decided to switch to Marker for the next season, I had two guys who worked for me in my shop get seriously injured prereleasing out of them. One had to have shoulder surgery and the other had the worst ice burn I've ever seen and what he considered a near death experience.

The 4Frnt deadbolts are totally redesigned with a different auto toe height adjustment and the plastic in the toe is like that on the 185 fks wings. Matt told me this in my store last year.

I've ridden my fair share on the deadbolts and I'm behind them but the Nordica version of this same Vist setup is trash.

don't feel bad it looks like a great binding and there are a lot of people out there skiing it today, though I feel bad for having sold it to people.

So now im confused, Nordica and Vist are the one and the same ( euorpean NOrdica ) or did nordica buy them out of patent?

As mentioned above, the nord bindings were produced by MARKER. They have a little marker logo on them. I assume this had something to do with their downfall.

Marker and VIST have nothing to do with each other, so far as I know. But VIST's a euro deal, so I know little about them and could be wrong.

VIST bought the rights for the nordica binding. they now supply 4frnt with a beefed up race version of the old nordica binding.
