Well, now he's on iTunes with his new(-ish) album "Boston's Boy". The guy is blowing up fast. Definately worth checking out.

this kid is not over hyped at all

he definitely lives up to my expectations if not exceeds them

dont just base you opinions off this song either

his new album is super sick

i'm not gonna hate because he is doing well for himself. i'm just thinks its odd how he tries to hard to please everyone, each of his songs is a different style, and not all of them work that well. i just find his shit to be really mainstream, which i'm not a big fan of. to each their own though...

I see what you're saying. I like to think of it as his time experimenting with different styles so he can find his forte in his music.

ahhh, i can't help but hate this kid because he was SUCH a dick on the soccer field, but whatever, he's getting it done. he's not exceptionally talented, but found a way to make money off what he's got, and that's what pop music is all about. good for him.

not gonna lie i dl'd the album and im not mad at it. kid has good flow even if some of it is a little overplayed and mainstream

I just recently heard of him not to long ago but what i have downloaded so far has been pretty good

my threads for when im out of school though

So weird, my friend told me to check out 'drivin me crazy' just an hour ago, then I run into this thread.

hhahahah that guy sucks, and the fact that he gained notoriety by making a fucking parody song is even worse.

Also, Boston is seriously lame, stop pretending you're NY/ CHI/ LA/ MIA

id agree that adams blows, and hes not bostons boy and although we dont have as big of a scene as NY CHI LA MIA we still have some dope artists, mr. lif, esoteric, akrobatik, edo g, and of course guru.

this guy is awful. he became famous off of asher roth's lame song, which had only been out for a couple months before he stole the beat and changed some of the wording.

holy shit...had no idea he was so popular. must've been this mad amateur video of him freestyling on youtube that made me think he wasn't popular. little did i expect to see 46,000+ facebook fans, 2,200+ ratings on iTunes, and a legit website...wow. i don't like his vibe...his music is pretty good tho.

ok well that comment was geared towards slightly chubby white guys with pencil beards and black, flat billed redsox hats which probably isnt you

I liked sammy adams for a little but he got old fast. I can't even stand of his shit now.

I've been on a wiz khalifa kick.

honestly, being a fan of boston, and having spent a lot of time in boston, the whole 'boston's boy' thing is pissing me off

yes. and im pretty sure hes from Wayland MA (a town over from me) which is, of course, rich white suburbs.
