salt, lowers the freezing temperature of water making shit hard, I always use it when building a jump during any time of they year because it basically makes anything turn solid and hard. go to ur supermarket and get a big thing of table salt, preferably ionized. but all salt works, table salt is what we use, 69 cents for a huge container of table salt at my supermarket

it is a special salt that is extracted from the heart of boluga whales from the far reaches of the arctic circle. these whales can only be fished between the months of jan and apr and are known for their massive claws that they use to kill humans, yes... humans

Ya just any old salt will do the trick...you can get it in big bags at Wal-Mart I think.

The salt you o guys are talking about is fertilizer. Ski racers use it on their ski courses to harden the snow.

What happens is granular snow freezes with the help of fertilizer...

You can buy it @ home hardware type of stores...

It only works in melting conditions though...

FYI - becareful with the stuff... It's actually cow urine mixed with chemicals... seriously... wear gloves or wash your hards...
