Salomon X Waves.

i find them to be prity good iv had a few pair over the years and if youve only worn them for like a week of corse there uncomfertable. they get beter after you break them in.
 
no. i got mine last year. i've been riding them for almost 2 seasons now. its not the hole boot. its just the front part. it gets my shins like gnar.
 
Yeah man you have to break them in..I said that about my 04 1080 boots...i still have them today sooo comfy u juss gotta break em in.
 
My X-wave 10's are the most comfortable boot I've ever owned... If you get them heated and fitted properly, they should be awsome. I wore them around the house for a week before they touched snow, I'm sure that helped too.
 
I should probly add, when I got them fitted, I had to get a V cut in the back, and took one of the heel bolts out (Don't remember which one... I think it was the bottom). Together, this gives the boot a lot more flex.
 
i got them this year, and my right shin is all gnar, but i like the boot, i just need to break them in.

I think I simply got the rear bolt removed just above where your heel would be. I'm not 100% sure, but I THINK it was the rear bolt... I would go check, but it's cold out, my boots are in the garage, and I have an exam tomorrow... I'll try and check tomorrow after the exam and post back. I can also give some instructions on cutting the V out of them too, that made a pretty big difference...

Why dont u get the toungs modified, my mate has to have em done on avery new apir of boots he gets. Saying that a boot sucks is just personal opinon some boots dont fit some peoples feet. It sounds like you just want some sympathy cos you didn't ask how can i fix this or what boots you you out there recomend you just wanna have a bitch. Boots are personal prefference i like Lange FR boots and the 06 moddle 120 flex look great and has retained the same shape as before. Nick
 
ive had xwave 8s for a coupla seasons now and they are sweet as - no probs. Just get them all heat moulded and stuff...great boots
