i have had mine for about half a season and love them. take them in after a few days of riding and get the liner heat molded to you foot. its the best boot i have ridden so far, pretty comfy and they have a good flex index for what you want to do with them.
i have xwave6's. far and away the most comfortable ski boot i've ever owned. i've rode them for two full seasons now. i wish i would have gotten 7's (same flex just a beefier power strap is about all the difference). but if you're gonna get xwave8's you might think about the salomon pro model instead.....pretty much the same flex (i think) and you still get the heat moldable liner (key) but in a little more freestyle oriented boot.
they really are super comfy though, i haven't even had so much as a cold toe for the last two seasons
