Salomon Warranty

I need to warranty a pair of Solly bindings but I can't find any contact info on their site. I click on FAQ/Contact Us, but it only shows FAQ's. Does anyone know of a number or email address I can use to get hold of them?

Also any info on your experience with Solly warranty would be appreciated as well.

theyll prob warranty it cuz my friend broke his ski and sent it and they sent him another free of charge

That takes forever. Way easier to do it yourself. I need a contact # or something though...probably call up a shop

I'm 99% sure its 2 years on bindings.. I broke one of my 810's awhile back ago, took them into a shop (without receipt and a different store), and they knew they weren't 2 year old bindings, and I got warranty service on them. So just take it to a local shop and ask about warranty service, and make sure its an authorized salomon retailer, if not they can't do warranty

warrant on salomon bindings is 5 years. awesome! and seriously take it to a shop, it's way easier AND if you're sure the bindings will get warrantied, and the shop is sure too, then usually they will just give you new bindings from their stock right then and there. then when salomon sends them back the new bindings from warranty, they just keep them. at least that's what's happened to me twice now. good luck!

exactly, but it didnt work out as well for me.

i went to my shop first, all i had to do was replace the plastic heeltrack, and they were about to do it, but realized i didnt buy the bindings from them, so they either said pay $25 for new plastic things, or go e-mail salomon, and salomon said go to your shop and talk to them on their site.

so the bindings were under warrenty, but becasue i didnt get them from the shop, they fucked me

all their bindings have a 5 year warranty...but that wasn't asked. I got the info i needed, thanks guys!
