Salomon Warranty Process Question.

Hey so I just had my skis and bindings sent into Salomon because I cracked the base of the binding on both bindings. Has anybody gone through this process? How long does it take, and am I going to be out of skiing for the rest of the season?

if you have them within 2 weeks you should be happy

honestly, that is far to quick for the middle of winter... sucks, but it is simply the reality of the warranty process. if he does see something in 2 weeks, it will be one of the fastest warranties in the history of the world.
