Let me get some feedback on the Salomon Suspects please. Quality of ski and ability

you wont find many fans of last years on here. they had a lot of major durability issues.

they disinagrated under my feet but the first week was real good the flex pattern was great if salomon made them durable they would def be one of my top pics

no, but seriously, I have seen 09's pretty much explode, the entire base ripped out with the edges still attached, and no, they wouldn't warranty it. However, I have heard that this years (2010s) have been fixed, but I don't know that for certain.

i saw a guy who had the suspects at the beginning of the season and then k2 extremes at the end of the season idk if thats from the suspects breaking or if he was rich. ive never skied them so idk.

i went through 3 pairs last year. Garbage, do not buy them please.

Just what I heard from people who have ridden the 2010 ski, I haven't seen or ridden the 2010, so I don't know - I still wouldn't trust it until it proves itself.

maybe he was on a ski team with some sort of discount sponsorship, or he only had access to salomon pro forms and no other brands
or maybe he just liked the way they skiied until they exploded and just kept hoping the next pair would last

I work at a shop and can get them pro formed. If they break i can get new ones. So how are their performance as a ski.
